Assymetry

I am 14 years old. Up until 13, i was mostly sleeping on one side of my bed. One side of my face looks really well in terms of bone structure and harmony imo, while the other is relatively flatter. Is there any way to get better symmetry as in having as good of a side as my already good one?

bro its the same to me ive got left mogger profile but i have maxilla or zygo assymetry that makes my facecard look bad asf idk if i can do anything about it also i have deviated septum im so fuckin done

symmetry is cope unless ur sphenoid is fucked
anyway it’s probably asymmetrical maxillary expansion, try to keep the tongue on the roof of your mouth but more to the flatter side
now for the “cope” methods sleep on the more prominent side and chew with the flatter side

Ive seen people talk about posture affection your sphenoid, people with assymetrical can have scoliosis which could influence your face

I don't have scoliosis if i remember correctly but noted
