how to fix asymmetry ? i have a bigger and more bloated on my left side and a slightly more negative canthal tilt than the right how do i fix this and my ramus is longer on the left

Sphenoid common problem, can’t do anything except surgeries about your ramus and canthal tilt if you are in your mid-late puberty
