hi again, I was already aware that my face is not fully symmetrical, but to this level... I want to ask all of you if you could tell me if it's due to a possible sphenoid bone deformation given at birth or just bad habits throughout the years I grew up. I usually slept facing the wall (not sure why, maybe because it felt safer) and I think it was the direction where my assymmetry is on: the right side I think, +I recently got a second monitor (1 year ago) and it's to the right so sometimes instead of looking in front of I occasionally tilted my head to the right (not for a very long period too, but it could make a difference in neck & face muscles and etc.). I want to fix it of course, but also wanted to ask your opinions about it and rate how cooked my situation is. I took a low-angled photo which may not be perfect, but you can see that my face is not fully centered if you look at my nose where they place the septum piercing.
Repping the useful advices and tips, ignoring the hateful replies (don't start talking about my bonemass for example).
Open to any honesty and guide, correct me if I'm wrong please. Have a lovely day :feelsautistic:

To be honest, this is prolly not a sphenoid deformity, and sleeping on one side even in childhood and puberty can only bring very very mild asymmetry. The monitor though, chronic head tilting on one side can cause it, especially SCM asymmetry, very subtle mandibular position differences, but these are all postural and muscular asymmetry, so your bones are fine.

All I would do is correct your posture, thats all.

You are not cooked, you look pretty good I must say too, but u are not actually asymmetrical (y)
