Astaxanthin experience

I've been on 36mg daily of astaxanthin for more than a month and i haven't noticed not even little coloring changes,my advice is dont waste your money on this softmax

at least its a good antioxidant and theres a study that says it helps reduce skin deterioration,the color change theory probably comes from the study on some fish that changed fin color
