Alright, before we start I just want to say I am NOT A DOCTOR and I'm not advising people do any of this if they are below 16, this thread is meant for 16+ as this contains Steroids, Peptides, Softmaxxes, and other ways to looksmaxx entirely.

Everybody knows the simple ways, The Healthier ways (supposedly). You eat less than you burn off (Calorie Deficit), No Carbs, No fat, Paleo, Keto, Carnivore, stuff like that, to sum it up, if your gonna eat a whole birthday cake to yourself (8000 calories) then you have to go run 80 miles, Or do K.Shamis air diet where you only "eat" gum and drink diet soda to supress your appetite, these (besides the air diet) are probably the safest ways to lose fat but its painfully slow, but now its time to get into the less known, more dangerous options.
Heres a quick explanation on what whole foods are and why they help you lose fat and ascend.
Whole foods are foods with minimal ingredients, take steak for example, its literally just steak, no seed oils, no excess sodium, or take
Coconuts for example, no ingredients besides coconut water and flesh, they are just foods that humans were "meant" to eat.
if you eat a diet like the Mediterranean diet, your going to ascend because you dont have any goyslop in your body, like lays potato

I do not condone the use of illegal substances like Steroids, this is for educational purposes only! Anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS) is the aspartame of testosterone. AAS is mostly artificial and they bind to androgen receptors and crank up how much protein is in your body, increases nitrogen retention, and more muscle growth signals. Heres the risks of them though:
1. Their illegal in most countries
2. They grow muscle, including your heart, so you might get a heart attack and die, which isnt very fun (Famous bodybuilder Greg Kovacs died this way)
3. They grow bones too, so you'll hurt all the time, But at least you mog.

Alright, now we are getting deep into the rabbit hole. This section is really long but super informative, so read it or not, doesnt matter if your not doing it.
Most Peptides are basically tiny protein bits that trick your body into cranking out more growth hormone or straight-up killing your hunger so you stop eating like a normal person. On .org and everywhere else they get shilled hard for dropping face fat quick (hello hollow cheeks), keeping your muscle while you cut, and giving skin that "glow-up" vibe without alot of side effects, like roid rage.
See, Hopefully you already read the basics segment — calorie deficit, keto, carnivore, running 80 miles after demolishing a cake — but if you're bored of that slow torture and want something faster but sketchier, peptides are the next level people talk about. Not as nuclear as steroids, but still not your mom's supplement.
Main ones for fat loss and actually seeing hollow cheeks:
- CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin — These GH boosters. They make your body pump natural growth hormone → burns some stubborn fat (especially that puffy face/belly shit), helps you hold muscle during a cut, sleep like a corpse, and skin looks tighter/younger. Not gonna turn you into David Laid overnight, but way cleaner than steroids, less water bloat bullshit.
- Semaglutide (Ozempic knockoff) or Tirzepatide (Mounjaro knockoff) — The real appetite assassins. These make you feel full after like 3 bites → you eat nothing → fat melts off fast, face leans out hard, hollow cheeks pop sooner than natural. Tirzepatide usually slaps harder. But go too aggressive and boom — "Ozempic face" where you look gaunt/saggy because you lost too much too quick (skin doesn't keep up, muscle wastes if you slack on lifting/protein). Hollow cheeks are actually pretty easy once you nail the basics — most guys just stop too early or ignore the hidden factors. So let me break it down properly and teach you.
Alright, most of you know that sodium causes bloating, but theres more to it than that. If you are deficient in potassium or your a high BF% obviously you wont have the Jordan Barret special. Bloating is like fake "fat", an easy way to see if your bloated is if you press your finger on your cheek and hold it for 5 seconds, let go, and your cheek slowly bounces back, it means your bloated. If it springs back up immediately that means you still have fat in your cheeks.

Theres other wayy better ways to get hollow cheeks than to just start doing drugs, because to be frank, Being a meth addict is not going to ascend you.

Looks are somewhat genetic, but actually working for the results is what will get you to htn or cl. You cant change bone structure without surgery, but you can change your body fat and your bloating, your looks are all in your hands. To Summarize this post, Drink water, Eat Potassium, Exercise, Eat Whole Foods, Dont do drugs, Steroids arent the greatest for you body.
This is my 2nd post, but my first thread on .org, I just wanted to say some things. You cant change your bone structure, if your maxilla is recessed you cant change that without surgery, so dont spend too much time worrying about it, Most of your looks are genetics, you cant be Francisco Lachowski, you cant be Zeta, You cant be K.Shami, you can only be you.
