Alright, before we start I just want to say I am NOT A DOCTOR and I'm not advising people do any of this if they are below 16, this thread is meant for 16+ as this contains Steroids, Peptides, Softmaxxes, and other ways to looksmaxx entirely.

How To Lose Fat

Now see, you have more then likely heard the term "Calorie Deficit" or any other term for fat loss like K.Shami's Pepsi diet
but if you havent, Click off and go watch some tutorials on youtube, but if you have and your sick of hearing the same thing over and over again without any other ways to lose weight, this is for you. If your wondering what business a grey with 2 posts has with getting hollow cheeks and losing weight, then you need to get an open mind, this is simply my introduction post to .org. With this being said, Let me introduce to you (most) of the ways to lose weight and look like david laid.


Everybody knows the simple ways, The Healthier ways (supposedly). You eat less than you burn off (Calorie Deficit), No Carbs, No fat, Paleo, Keto, Carnivore, stuff like that, to sum it up, if your gonna eat a whole birthday cake to yourself (8000 calories) then you have to go run 80 miles, Or do K.Shamis air diet where you only "eat" gum and drink diet soda to supress your appetite, these (besides the air diet) are probably the safest ways to lose fat but its painfully slow, but now its time to get into the less known, more dangerous options.


Heres a quick explanation on what whole foods are and why they help you lose fat and ascend.
Whole foods are foods with minimal ingredients, take steak for example, its literally just steak, no seed oils, no excess sodium, or take
Coconuts for example, no ingredients besides coconut water and flesh, they are just foods that humans were "meant" to eat.
if you eat a diet like the
Mediterranean diet, your going to ascend because you dont have any goyslop in your body, like lays potato
chips.


I do not condone the use of illegal substances like Steroids, this is for educational purposes only! Anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS) is the aspartame of testosterone. AAS is mostly artificial and they bind to androgen receptors and crank up how much protein is in your body, increases nitrogen retention, and more muscle growth signals. Heres the risks of them though:
1. Their illegal in most countries
2. They grow muscle, including your heart, so you might get a heart attack and die, which isnt very fun (Famous bodybuilder Greg Kovacs died this way)
3. They grow bones too, so you'll hurt all the time, But at least you mog.

Alright, now we are getting deep into the rabbit hole. This section is really long but super informative, so read it or not, doesnt matter if your not doing it.

Most Peptides are basically tiny protein bits that trick your body into cranking out more growth hormone or straight-up killing your hunger so you stop eating like a normal person. It isnt a weightloss peptide, your right, its a growth hormone, but one of the side benefits of growth hormone is it will elevate your GH causing an increase in lipolysis (fat breakdown) and it boosts metabolism a tiny bit, improving nutrient partitioning, and it helps preserve lean mass

Anabolic steriods do not change the size of your heart, nor your bones.
Steroids do cause myocardial hypertrophy via multiple pathways. The heart is literally a muscle. That's why roiders use compounds like beta blockers and ARBs.

Misworded calling it a 'weightloss peptide' — more like a lean-out aid for hollow cheeks without the gaunt risk. Fixed that in my head for next time.


Water chug is oversimplified too — it's part of consistent hydration + high K/low Na stack, not magic. Some bros retain more if they slam without electrolytes.


Disclaimers gone in future posts, nobody cares here anyway. Appreciate the roast tho, at least it's not silent. What actual weight loss peptides would you rank higher than GLP-1s? Curious.

You eat less than you burn off (Calorie Deficit), No Carbs, No fat, Paleo, Keto, Carnivore, stuff like that, to sum it up, if your gonna eat a whole birthday cake to yourself (8000 calories) then you have to go run 80 miles, Or do K.Shamis air diet where you only "eat" gum and drink diet soda to supress your appetite, these (besides the air diet) are probably the safest ways to lose fat but its painfully slow, but now its time to get into the less known, more dangerous options.


Heres a quick explanation on what whole foods are and why they help you lose fat and ascend.
Whole foods are foods with minimal ingredients, take steak for example, its literally just steak, no seed oils, no excess sodium, or take
Coconuts for example, no ingredients besides coconut water and flesh, they are just foods that humans were "meant" to eat.
if you eat a diet like the
