Asymmetrical face

My face is is lowk asymmetrical but usually its not my eyes look very weird one eye is more open than the other do yall think because i slept on one side all night? If i debloat and sleep on my back will my face look normal like usual again?

its called fluid pooling i used to have it from sleeping on my stomach, debloating will help and you should debloat regardless but just sleep on ur back and ittl go away, i dont think debloating in its self will fix it
