Asymmetrical zygos?

I feel like my entire right side of my face is worse than my left. It looks flat and my eye seems to get turned down. My teeth aren't lined up correctly but when I forcefully move my mandible to correct it and I take a picture it's still asymmetrical. Does anyone know what the cause of this might be? And any way to fix it?
