I feel like my entire right side of my face is worse than my left. It looks flat and my eye seems to get turned down. My teeth aren't lined up correctly but when I forcefully move my mandible to correct it and I take a picture it's still asymmetrical. Does anyone know what the cause of this might be? And any way to fix it? 🙏

honestly, the asymmetry in the zygos is probably what's dragging ur tier the most. ur either going to have to live with it or consider surgical asymmetry correction. cheekbiting is a cope, it just creates more issues long term.

What surgery would do that? Could they do that while doing another surgery? Like I plan to do a trimax when I'm older could they fix that during the trimax?
