in pics of me my head doesn’t look assymetrical but my head is almost tilted to one side, i have muscle asymmetries as well. anyone dealt with this??

This can be fixed with consultation from a chiropractor
I think you have scoliosis

it’s not that it’s like my neck is causing my head to be tilted one way slightly
