Tips for posture?

Any tips on how I can improve my posture? It's pretty bad and I'm tall too
 
Monitor Height: Adjust your screen so the top edge is at or slightly below eye level.

Stretches & Exercises:

- Chest Openers:
Clasp your hands behind your back, pull your shoulders back, and squeeze your shoulder blades together to reverse the hunched-desk posture.

- Core Strength: Perform modified planks or abdominal bracing to build the core strength needed to support your spine naturally.
