asymmetry in eyes

My thought is you can fix slight asymmetry in eye region (if it isn't positioning) with constant fat grafting to the region. My right eye has significant sclera show however by fat grafting and using swelling from bone smashing I've been able to get relatively less asymmetry. However this methods are only temporary.
