i am 16m and my right side of face is really lopsided compared to my left side how could i match my right side to my left

on top of that no pillow will be better for the neck and spine and usually holds through the night better for me I think its since the neck is far stronger in that positioni started sleeping on my back a month ago and its helped a bit. mostly for evening face shape. other than that all the other methods ive tried havent worked. only problem is sometimes i roll onto my side halfway through the night fml, but even then theres a small difference

its super difficult but consistency is key and your body will adjusthow could i make it easier to sleep on my back because when i try to end up on my bad side of my face
