Asymmetry

I have a pretty bad crossbite and am 17. Would there be any way to seriously fix this? One side of my face looks defined and good but the other side looks like a bulging ugly tumor. Would any orthodontic treatment work? I haven’t gone to the ortho yet so i’m just speculating.

What would i ask for palate expansion? I hope the asymmetry is not too extreme. Idk whether its more the way my bones have formed or more masseter hypertrophy.
