My midface is long, I have a good eye area and philtrum length, however my nasal cavity is far too long. furthermore my orbitomaxillary angle is low meaning my face has less of a convex, which makes it look flat. zygos is the sole thing carrying my face and my lower third is like t4 so there is plenty of hope getting to HMTN until I can hardmaxx
fyi my premaxillary projection is good compared to upper midface
