At home treatment for Post inflammatory erythema

I also have it. rn im trying 10% anua azelaic acid, and it's working pretty well. I want my derm to prescribe something stronger tho.

I have seen treatments like this, but I noticed that they usually didn't have pie for long

I had active acne about 6 months ago; I used tret and clindamycin for that; it mostly stopped it, but I've had pie for around 3 months.

3 months isnt that long

did the pie fade heavily on its own without treatment or was it stubborn before treatment?

I ask this because mine is stubborn

It was stubborn, and it still is
