At what age does the face stop getting wider?

I know that maxillary sutures fuse at 15-16 according to a certain source, but I think that has to do more with forward growth instead of width.
If you are 18-20+, when did your cheekbones/face stop growing in width?
Also if you have any sources on this, that would be great.

The sutures may fuse but the bones can still thicken quite a bit, as long as bone formation is higher than bone resorption. Your facial bones will increase in size slowly until mid 20's, after that bone resorption overpowers bone formation. That can be reversed through HGH or bonesmashing

My face got wider until Like 20 in bizygo. My jaw got wider Till 21 but I had insanely Late puberty
