1) botox your masseters if they're too big
2) lose body fat and get slimmer cheeks
3) get bigger lips through some method as if you can add volume around the outer corners theyll look bigger by illusion

But i have a wide bizygo width so i shouldnt make it wider due to expansion it would worsen ratios

then use braces or Invisalign to widen the dental arch, they just tip and move the teeth buccally. That gives you wider lips without changing your cheekbones
