Tbh I’m not an expert but logically a 16 year old boy is definitely going to grow - you don’t reach peak size or height at 16 that’s too early you probably haven’t even developed chest hair by thenIdk, I saw a midget that was 4’8 and after 21 he got a tumour on his pituitary gland causing it to produce a shit ton of hgh he later in life grew to 7’1, my guess is mid 20s when they close completely, as we get older we sleep less and exercise less usually and that leads to not enough hgh being produced to promote bone
