its genetic ninja it depends some people have good bone mass and low face fat while others have the opposite, you have to look at your at your face at different bf% to guestimate how much you need to loose. best way to find out is to try to get to like 10%bf and if you dont have hollow cheeks your lokey cooked

if u dont see them at least 13% its over

varies from person to person. I could see mine even when i was above 15%, but below 15% the hollowness becomes more striking.
