If I had to rank some common ones in terms of gayness (least —> most gay) it would be:
1. Roids
2. Facial implants/ osteotomies
3. Peptides
4. Fat grafting
5. Filler
6. Non steroid Orals (accutane, dut, etc)
7. Latisse
8. Topical creams and serums
9. Hair, brow, & lash dye
10. Tinted moisturizer/sunscreen
11. Mascara
12. Other makeup (e.g blush, concealer)

Personally I would draw the line at hair dye. Anything lower than that is gay.
