At what point does overbite become detrimental to facial aesthetics?

I have a (probably) mild overbite, but no dentist has ever said anything about it.

My upper front teeth overlap the bottom front teeth halfway-ish. Should i get braces or is this a "normal" overlap?

Ok, my overbite is far from as severe as on the right but it isn't perfectly aligned like on the left. somewhere in between those two for me.
