At what PSL it is over?

I was rated below 3 - 3.5 PSL here on this Forum and I have yet to start softmax.
I was wondering at what PSL it is completely over and even surgeries cant save you.

If you're obese/fat/high bf percentage. Then as long as you're not deformed you can potentially ascend if your bones are good.

Depends on height. It would be over for you at 5 psl if you were 5’1 but if you’re 6’4 you might still have a chance at PSL 3.
