i plan to start the gym soon i have a wide frame for someone who doesnt do the gym and put on muscle very quickly also im currently trying different skin care such as salicylic acid is what im trying atm but nothing seems too work so far and any tips for forward growth?

forward growth guide also for skin use tret u gotta get it prescribed tho or get off indiamart if it doesnt work accutane will 100% fix ur skin
