I am gymcelling and used to walk 20k steps a day but I didn't walk shit today bc I am very depressed latelyI ate that much when i was gymceling, after 2 months i had lost almost 1kg when my plan was to gain 3kg.

If I eat less then 3k I generally start losing weight. 3k seems to be the sweet spot where i maintain weight. Tbh you have to have lots of these stuff aligned together to actually make your resting be 3k
Bmr can't be measured with machines, it can predict a bmr only from calculating muscle mass, water weight, bones etc. But it can't tell anything about the HPA axis, and specifically rt3, rt4, free and total t4 and t3, tsh, testosterone etc.It's called the inbody machine I hear it's pretty inaccurate but idk

Just take stimulants and you will hate eatingI hope science comes up with a way to eat a lot without gaining weight tbh pigmaxxing is one of the best copes. I'm skinny now but I can see myself going back to being fat if I get depressed enough.
