Ate raw liver/meat for the first time

Today I decided it was the day I try raw meat/raw organs for the first time so I picked up some cow liver and minced beef.

Made some beef tartar out of the minced beef and expected it to taste gross, but it was unexpectedly delicious, now the liver - it was kind of sweet and didn't have a strong flavour like the beef had genuinely enjoyed it alot
