He is still climbing up a hill he thinks is going to go on forever - I.e. it can only get better

That's because he has only been looking at the positives of himself.
When you introduce the harsh negatives he has, the crippling negatives (even if perceived), will always outweigh any positives
He is in elementary stages of blackpill

Now I wouldn't even bother with this superficial, egotistical nutcase.. but if you are intent on helping him, then there's two approaches. Either direct or indirect.
You either directly call him out on his features. Or you indirectly let him find out himself.
So if he is short, you should mention the importance of height in conversation

The reason I'm taking this approach of offense where he comes to terms with his own inadequacy, is because he is too far gone, for you to play defense - and explain to him the blackpill is bullshit/ deblackpill him

Though there is one form of defense you should add.

When you introduce the harsh negatives he has, the crippling negatives (even if perceived), will always outweigh any positives

Now I wouldn't even bother with this superficial, egotistical nutcase.. but if you are intent on helping him, then there's two approaches. Either direct or indirect.
You either directly call him out on his features. Or you indirectly let him find out himself.
So if he is short, you should mention the importance of height in conversation

The reason I'm taking this approach of offense where he comes to terms with his own inadequacy, is because he is too far gone, for you to play defense - and explain to him the blackpill is bullshit/ deblackpill him

Though there is one form of defense you should add.
It's the idea of subjective types, that I mentioned earlier.
Remind him being good looking is a  probability of being another's type. It is not a guarantee

Ideally tell him this, after you see him low/sad about his own falios.
Tear him down either directly or indirectly (or both), then be there to soothe him with the truth about looks - it being a probability of success

I’m friends with him because he’s legit my only friend lol,
In short we were a group of 3 , him and one other , in which the other was my best friend of over 10 years. I moved school to be with this ‘best friend’ , I knew most of the guys in his group already as I also used to go to school with them except for one, they are the popular group in the school so naturally they are cruel, i expected some teasing but the one guy I didn’t know just hated me for no reason and essentially just bullied me the whole time forcing me to leave the school, and my best friend who I previously talked to everyday hasn’t even bothered to call me, all he does is go out with his new friends and party. My older brother even saved his ass as his other ass friend threatened to stab a girl with a KNIFE, and my brother happened to be there on their night out and diffused the situation and bought them a taxi home and I asked him to pay my brother half of the $45 and he said okay and just never sent the money…
But this other black pilled friend we are reality about hasn’t left me and still reaches out and talks to me but some of his ideologies are just wrong…
I want to call him out on his failos I mean I have for a few, but I just feel too bad….
I know how I feel when I look in the mirror, I didn’t introduce him to black pilled by the way he had already found it but I’m the idiot who talked about it with him and sent back TikTok’s and pushed him even more towards it.
First I think I’m gonna try tell him why discovering BP means you should be even more enlightened and not bully someone as you know they truly can’t help it and it’s genetics,
and if this doesn’t work as cruel as it may be I think I’m gonna call him out on some of his failos.
