Lifefuel, my immune system in my 20s was Chad tier, only ever called off work legit sick once my entire 20s and that was when I had Covid, but even then I was back to work the next week. But I had the flu earier this year (I'm 31) and it was the sickest I've ever been so it does slow down as you get older.

i mean its pretty logical good bone growth normally means that your getting proper nutrients, sleep and exercise during childhood and you have inherited good epigenetics which also correlates to your immune system
