They aren’t operated by the government, but they are certified by them and are open to accepting new patients, that’s why I called it public, even though it might be private. But the third clinic I went to, the dentist was really caring and said I’m gonna help you get rid of the pain. I need a root canal but thankfully I’ve been pain-free for 26 hours now! God bless him.
