just done some research and eppley says it increases lateral width but decreases anterior projection so it's not ideal
why can't you just get a bone graft and smash it right on the zygo tbh ngl

afaik, HA paste on surfaces like zygos won't work.

When it comes to HA vs other implants, the quality of the result is highly dependent on the type of HA used (ie. what it's mixed with) as well as the skill of the practitioner. It's more customisable but also tends to be more modest.
