Fillers are lame?

Am i the only one thinking that fillers are lame? Its like e bikes, its the cheap equivalent of real gas bikes. Not that fillers are bad but i feel like its not a good investment overtime

why, if u are underage you are ofc not going to get a surgery yet, diy fillers are amazing

Filler: 60 Euro Gel which mimic's bone and can be DIYed and dissolved if result isn't up to par.
Implant's (Which I suppose you believe are real gas bikes in this scenario): 10k+ Euro, Titanium/PEEK which can require Revision, Stretches skin (Problem in Thin Skin-case's), Long recovery time's, Silicone Implant's can move + Doesn't make much of a difference).

Obviously, some cases would have a better ROI profile using Implant's, but half of the userbase here is under 18, DIY Filler's (As the guy above me said) is possible (Shown by Orka, Psocho, and Sayori) and is amazing.
also, Implant's being permanent isn't always a good thing.

Yeah you’re right 100% but if you actually get implants from a good surgeon that knows what they’re doing then the choice is quickly made at least for me

In my case im currently chatting with my orthodontist on my future projects in terms of orthodontist procedures. I feel like when you have the opportunity to be able to have access to those services and know what you are doing is crazy. If you handle and do everything well then there are low chances for you to want to get implants or fillers to mimic bones
