you havent seen my pics lol but funny you say that, some random middleaged dutch guy asked me if i was pashtun. i do have a number of pashtun in-laws, but most pashtuns as well as punjabis however stick to their own. i think @brbbrah could verify this.

oh lol i thought maybe someone had shown you my full face pic. but uh well punjabis can also be very whitepassing, ive seen a few which look even whiter than some europeans do (in terms of having blond hair and blue eyes with white skin). the afghans who live in the west are actually anti-taliban and they worked for the american or british or whatever western country as a translator for these western armies back in afghanistan. most afghans in the west hate pakistan/is, but i know 3 afghans and they dont hate pakistanis, one of them even argues with his relatives when they try to talk badly about Pakistan.

to be honest i think its because much like punjabis, pashtuns also dont have shared ancestry. although its a lot easier to become punjabi for anyone since our only requirement is living there lol. technically speaking the pashtuns in punjab are considered punjabis as well.
