I dont think her maxilla was to good before, but she was a good surgery case because she had extreme lower mandible recession that created lip incompetence which made the surgery well worth

I meant that her upper maxilla was decent, definitely way above average for most class 2s. It's a very interesting case to me because the midface itself is not as downward grown as the jaws.

That's why surgeons make a distinction between the occlusion and the skeletal base.

I’ve seen plenty of High LF1 cases. They don’t fix downward growth at all. They’re best for non downward grown class 3s.
