Weight/aptitude is probably largely genetic but tbh most people have horrible lifestyle in general. It's frankly mind-blowing to me that the average life expectancy is still somehow 80 years in most developed countries even despite this. If everybody hate responsibly and exercised it would probably be 85-90 years at the minimum srs.
