from what I read every day ,avarageness=harmony?
someone with a high IQ explaining ?being normal equals being harmonious? I don't think it's a real theory I see normal faces every day and they don't have this harmony:

Byt average I think they mean features not to extreme in either direction. For example, the most attractive height is definitely not 7ft or 5'5, it'd be somewhere in the middle like 6'1. Same goes for other features, an overly robust or weak jaw is unattractive.
