Sun boosts vit d production which is necessary for bones but it makes skin loose collagen. So whats ur recommendation on when to take sunlight and for how long, to maintain equally both the skin and bones
 
Minimal exposion , maybe 30 daily

dont go out 2 sun! U will get vit d from foods anyways. And goin out 2 sun or being in some sort of contact with it for 5 mins looks fine for a sufficient amount of production of Vit d imo!:soy:
 
Take sups or go outside

If you’re ethnic then don’t
