Dr. Taban was always a meme, retards should have known that he was a meme surgeon by his OD (Orbital Decompression) surgery.
Elab? Like he's the only surgeon to perform the OD procedure?

I think so, aesthetical part we are speaking about, probably other surgeons who we haven't heard about also do it, but what i mean it's a risky surgery where it doesn't do much and it doesn't fix the main problem (orbitals), and you also need the fat behind your eyes because it's protecting the eyes from impact.

Not true. They are very skilled apart from this outcome of taban. In Europe you will have hard time to find someone correcting bulgy eyes without thyroid overfunction. One guy in the UK London do it forgot the name? But all others also Bernardini is not

You have no clue. In most cases where you see eyeball to supra orbitals, eyeball to Infraorbital inbalance it's foremost always because the eyeball is not proper in the orbit. Mostly not set back enough. A proper orbital decompression will give you automatically better projection of the supra orbital, Infraorbital rims and also the cheeks.I think some plastic surgeons that can't perform orbital decompression, only tummy tucks and lifting, use the case of FT , exaggerate the risks because they want see you in their office to perform some mediocre surgery with implants, botox, lifting..

Sorry, but OD has been a meme since it's release as a cosmetic surgery, there was a user that you may or may not know named Titbot, Titbot did both OD and orbital implants, he firstly did OD wich didn't change slightly his looks (and remember that OD is risky asf and you'll need the fat inside your orbitals to protect your eyes from impact).

As for orbital implants, you'll have to be very conservative with them and even let's say you get big movments, you'll still be in the need of getting fat grafts to hide the implats if they reveal.

Back to OD, there was a guy who went to taban ("known for his best results") wich we all know he also has tactics to promote his surgeries, the guy who did OD got botched, and taban is regarded as "the best surgeon for eye area".

This nigga now has a big problem with his car btw, he cant catch a break

Lefor3Laser I know what I'm talking baih. In non syndromic cases alway first fix what's most glaring.... When you have a protruding window on a wall you would augment the wall instead of setting back the window? Most people have normal forward growth of the face but the eyes are protruding, froggy eyes, bug eyes.Whatever you want to name it. Titbot had an excellent outcome with his performed orbital decompression. I saw the pics of him pre and post op. That he wasn't happy must have to do with other things. Maybe he's short? you can always have an excuse that a job wasn't done right.
The right answer is set back the window and don't do anything on the wall.
