lol it’s like getting surgery in an ambulatory clinic with a doctor you found in the black market. He’s obscure as shit and unless he becomes mainstream and practices under US regulations then I think is a terrible choice. To begin with who the hell he will have as the anesthesiologist??? That alone can fuck you up for life or kill you

Just fraud bro i have a slightly worse left than my right and i always try to sit to the left so you just can see the right and things like that. Surgery is also an option ofc.

have to work from the ground up. make sure when u walk u have both feet facing directly forward at all times. then when that becomes a habit, u have to fix ur pelvic tilt, then it should slowly start to get better

If anyone's seeing this in the future, I slept perfectly straight on my back, worked out perfectly symmetrically and started posing symmetrically in the mirror and all my asymmetries went away. Not sure if it will work for you but it did for me. Do note that I was dedicated to this like a autist and never missed a day. Also I changed the way I chew to utilize my front teeth rather than just my molars and I feel like at that point was when I noticed the biggest changes to the left side of my face.

start with ur feet. make a conscious effort to make it a habit to have both feet facing directly forward with each step. after that, address the pelvic tilt with stretches. once that’s fixed it will take a while but ur sphenoid “should” start to realign. it’s really the only way we can possibly fix it so it’s worth a shot imo. worst case it doesn’t work

What stretches help this I can’t find any online that address tilted sphenoid

I use one thin pillow and lay like a mummy staring straight at the roof with a 90 degree angle and that keeps my mouth closed on its own without tape aswell

Also it was quite difficult the first few days but I got used to it and find it more comfortable than sleeping on my side now
