What’s the best way to get rid of back acne?

I have been using 10% benzoyl peroxide for about a month and it just seemed to make it worse. I have always had it since I started puberty and it usually fully goes away during the summer probably from the sun. Like even just a few months ago during the summer I barely had any. But it has never been worse than right now, maybe it’s just a hormonal thing during peak puberty? I hate it so much please I need some help.
