its depends on the prison. first 2 months was good cus i was in open prison, where you can speak on a oldfashion phone to family and go outside and have work.
but my last 3 months were shit, because i beat a junkie up for owing me money. i got transfered to very high security prison, got served shitty prison food, could only smoke an hour a day thats all the free time u get rest is 23/24h in the cell, the guards are violent as fuck.

i have bruises everywhere from 6 guards hitting me at once
and one time the guards put a plastic bag over my head so i couldnt breathe, while they punched me in the stomach.

there were often people gotte beat up, my friend even poured boiling sugar-oil on some albanian who sold without permission from the bosses
