I felt like complete shit during my Christmas diet break. Bloated, constipated, heavy, unproductive, irritable... Like an absolute mess. Not worth it at all. Once you hit your maintenance calories, there's no additional benefit or pleasure in eating more. It only causes discomfort, it's a looksmin and a waste of money. How can people overeat on a regular basis and get fat without feeling like shit? The difference in how I feel between eating several meals per day and OMAD is night and day, especially when it comes to my productivity, composure and mental sharpness. I haven't gotten sick once since starting with OMAD but all the crap I've eaten over the weekend left me with a sore throat, runny nose and general malaise. I'm much better already after fasting for 20 hours

If I ever do a diet break again, I'll keep my OMAD schedule and just eat more or whatever I want during that meal

I have this theory that obese people have above average genetics. Because their digestive systems are so strong that they can push hundreds of pounds of food through their system every week at lightning speed.

I know a guy who is 400 pounds who can eat an entire Chinese takeout menu for dinner then sleep for 12 hours straight right after.

I used to do that too when I was into powerlifting. 4,000-5,000 kcal every day. You can get used to pretty much anything, but I'm glad I'm well adapted to intermittent fasting

to be honest never had digestive issues when overloading myself with food, early teen years I would get up at 12 AM, make myself chinese noodles, have few cookies chugged down with cold hot chocolate and go back to bed, then just wake up and go to school fine.

obviously, being an overweight bloatlord falls quite opposite to looksmaxxing so we left those habits behind

Once you are older you can't handle the high fat diets anymore. I can't eat above 60 grams of fat a day or I won't shit for 2 days straight.

Was on 2 months of OMAD carnivore a couple of months ago and to this day my body still naturally pushes me back to OMAD. It's amazing how good it makes you feel.

We'll start fresh on January 1 :soy:

@Bewusst how many calories do you eat per day? At what time do you eat your single meal?
