Back on Schroth spine maxing this week.

Already posted that I would be doing this but my Schroth instructor had personal issues and had to take time off so now I have someone else I have to go to for the time being. I've done a bit more studying. I will attempt to increase length in the hip area region, spine, and neck. Schroth does all of these but I need to extend further than my natural limit imo to get at least an inch. An inch and a half would be godly for me, putting me at 178cm (still not tall but I'm good looking). Any taller and my small skull would be increasingly apparent. Will post pics of before and after.
