Back to gym, need advice

My dad got me into the gym when I was 15

Since then I’ve been going like 3 months every summer

Now I’m 19 and decided to stay consistent for real this time

If you have a workout plan that works well for you I ’d really appreciate it if you could share it

Also any advice on eating, recovery or just helpful habits in general would be great

Just do push pull legs easy and effective but if you really want to make gains tap in with the upper lower split
