bad infras how do i fix as a racecel

i posted on the rate me thread and someone said what i need to improve are my infras which make my under eye area look hollow. can someone explain to me how i could improve this naturally as a 13 year old niggacel

Almost everyone has recessed infras to some degree so just fraud
