Bad ipd

I have small eyes and I know that's unfixable I'm 99 percent sure but in terms of ipd is orbital box osteotomy worth it I've heard its super unsafe but ipd one of my biggest flaws besides my eyes being small and rounded also will Infraorbital rim implants super orbital rim implants cheekbone implants Canthoplasty and lower and upper eyelid fat grafting make them better or worse

No one is getting OBO, it's not worth it at the moment. Modified no-brainer is way safer, but it's still not worth it, I don't think it's safe yet. My ipd and icd suck as well dw bro
