True you don't need rhino as a male unless extremely bulbous or bottom 5%

It is just not as important as for females

For male forward growth and good bone mass everywhere and width is important ( over for 80% of men )

Then infra / malar cheekbone is also one implant and cost the same

At the very least this will cost you around 18-19k

At Pagnoni supra cost 13k then +5000 per additional implants so supra jaws infras must be around 25k including designer scans.

If need trimax you can count an additional 10k -21k

Worst part is needing to wageslave / studycel while being complete in the process

Starting ortho for bimax next year, orthodontics cost 4600€ alone, partially covered by insurance like 1800€

Hopefully I ve found a blackpilled bimax surgeon in Poland for 10k . Initially I would have gone to Ramieri for 21k

So should complete my implants ascension at the end of 2027, I will take a 6000€ euro loan to pay the last 25 k implants batch.

Hardmaxxing is expensive but worth it If you're like me recessed, lack projected bones but have good base with pheno, good ratio, good bimax candidate, ok eye area, good harmony I know I will be at least low HTN.
