the thing is you need to eat a lot of carbs to perform in the gym and this is causing my acne i thinkeat healthy ?
if you don't dirty bulk 1000 cals you can get all your energy from high quality food that works perfect for health and skin

Also you can eat carbs in your preworkout and post workout but you don't need 600g/day
how was your skin before ? how severe acne ?
