Baldcel thought I had an hair transplant

Basically I used to cut my hair very short for long time, I have poor hair quality and norwooding.

Now I just let it grow longer and it looks like a wig; I'm even trying to get a squarer hairline with a blade because my hairline looks uneven.

Why this happens?
Keep in mind I didn't even know him very well; he just started to feel like he could aay anything about my looks.
