Why do balkan people make fun of americans for their lack of culture when Balkan cities are even worse, the oldest architecture buildings in cities like Sofia, Sarajevo, Belgrade, Skopje, Tirana, Thessaloniki are almost all built in the 19th century, even younger then the US.
Its not our fault tho, we were just fucked by the Ottomans because they literally didn't build anything beautiful that lasts. The only thing that they built are Mosques, but even they are simple in design, and some shitty bath houses. Cities here were basically stuck in time from 1460 until the 19th century when nations started to get independent and build lots of buildings to overcompansate.
Its interesting how similar people here are with afro americans, both are just insecure about their indetities and culture.
