thinking about doing this, basically mini plates on both sides, usually two on the mandible and two placed on infra zygomatic crest using class III elastics between the plates. would help me fix my biggest flaw being poor maxillary anterior growth. Does anyone know if this is a good idea, planning on doing it in conjunction with MSE
