Ban evasion is something they feed you, to tranquilize you, so you don't kick up to much of a stink about it, it's their way of saying "We got this" when the reality is they are totally powerless. There is nothing they can do, you can't stop people. It's to easy to get around.
They want you to hold sentimental value to your account, your karma points, which is useless. To people that are consumed by scoring internet points, it works, most people with half a brain know it's not worth losing their free speech over.
No matter what you say, nobody controls you on here and the more you ban people, the worse you make it in the long run. Reddit is not the law and holds no power over anyone.
This is why lookzmax has it on lock, no points, no influences, people shoot from the hip even though it can be batshit crazy at least your hearing the uncensored version of what someone really thinks.
Reddit users are deceptive manipulators, while humans are opportunistic by nature, giving them an internet reward system for "same think" is a good way to create little sneaky social chameleons, shifting with the colors of those around them, never really saying what they truly believe but what they think others want to hear. This is why when you see something with hundreds of downvotes, pay attention if it's only an opinion, it's probably an important contrary position and most often has some truth to it.
So, yeah. Say whats on your mind, fuck the moderators, fuck the admins, they can suck a cock =D they don't make the rules about what you can and can't say and if they try to, tell them to fuck off!
